Advertisement Application Form

The ad spaces are a standard 3.5″x2″. Perfect size for a business card or 4 lines of text. A logo included will reduce the amount of text that can be displayed in the space. Submitter must provide all graphic artwork.

Pricing:

Florida Region Members: FREE (2 FREE per year).
Non-Members: $100 per year prepaid.
